Why do you recommend a "How My Clinic Runs" form to be filled out before finalizing relief?
This is because I want to be able to make your relief experience the best it can be. Your business should be able to run efficiently and excellently in your absence so you can focus on your vacation. The form ensures that I will be able to do my best to fill the void left by your absence.
What is the scheduling process?
Once you have decided to schedule you can reach out via email or the "send us a line" option on the website. We will hold a pending date for up to one week after sending you a contract for signature. If you do not return a signed contract during this one week time frame the shifts will revert to general availability until such a point that a signed contract is returned.
How do I provide feedback on your services?
You will provided with a work review form after your first contracted service. After the first contracted service you may re-request this form at anytime. This form can also be downloaded from the website. In addition, you will be provided with email, phone, and address contact information as I am happy to discuss any concerns and feedback you have for any reason at any time.
Why do you not charge by the hour?
It's easier for budgeting, our CPA, and comparing realized value of a relief doctor. Realized value we define as being the cost of a shift versus goods and service sold and scheduled by a relief doctor. We strive to make our realized value at least twice our shift rate regardless of your practice type and format. If you have concerns you can reach out via our usual contact methods.
